“Tegeta Truck and Bus” joined the project to support enhancing women

As a company which supports enhancing the position of women, “Tegeta Truck and Bus” joined the project «#Professionhasnogender”.  Within the framework of the campaign which is being carried out based on the initiative of the Non-governmental organization “Movement for Changes”, “Tegeta Truck and Bus” has issued a new call for female candidates interested in the job of a commercial motor vehicle mechanic.

Within the framework of the competition, the company will fund education for five women in the main aspects of the profession of commercial motor vehicle mechanic for commercial motor vehicles. The selected candidates will attend the relevant courses in Tegeta Academy.

“Tegeta Truck and Bus” offers the interested candidates both theoretical and practical training courses, job training in different lines of auto industry and employment in the service centers of “Tegeta Truck and Bus” all across Georgia.

The purpose of the project is setting a precedent for overcoming the existing gender stereotypes through education while choosing a profession.
